Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what transfers to your trade

Our published results come from HVAC clients. They don't predict what your trade will get, but they show a method that works: useful pages, honest local signals and fast follow-up.

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work, and we say so on purpose. We don't have published case studies in plumbing, electrical, roofing or other trades, so we won't dress HVAC numbers up as something else. What these results do show is a method, and most of that method transfers to any Ontario trade that sells to homeowners.

What these results show

Read together, the numbers suggest three lessons we apply to every trade. They're our reading of the work, not extra claims about it.

  • Focus pays. CombiBoiler.ca is built around a single product category and reached 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords. A trade that says exactly what it does, and for whom, gives search engines and homeowners a clearer reason to choose it.
  • Answering questions compounds. HeatLand published 850+ SEO articles. Volume alone isn't the lesson; the lesson is that pages answering real homeowner questions keep working long after they're written. A smaller trade can apply the same idea with a handful of strong pages.
  • Measure in leads and return, not traffic alone. HVACDeal.ca is reported as 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI, and BCWide.ca as 3× leads in 90 days. Those are the kinds of numbers worth tracking in your own business.

What transfers to other Ontario trades

Most of the method carries over to any trade with homeowner customers.

  • A credential-forward website that answers trust questions up front works for an electrician or a roofer just as it does for a heating company.
  • Local SEO based on a real service area and honest reviews applies to every service-area business.
  • Follow-up rules are universal: answer quickly, check in on quotes, ask for reviews.

What transfers less well is timing and scale. HVAC demand spikes hard with the weather, which makes ad results quick to show. A renovation trade with long decision times may see slower but steadier gains. And HVAC results in BC don't tell you what will happen in Northern Ontario or downtown Toronto; local competition changes everything.

How to judge any agency's results

Whether you work with us or not, these questions help.

  1. Is the client named and the site live? If you can't visit it, treat the claim with caution.
  2. What was the starting point? A 300% increase from a tiny base is less impressive than it sounds; ask for context.
  3. What's the timeframe? Twelve months and six months mean very different things.
  4. Is it the same trade and market as yours? If not, ask what they'd expect to transfer.
  5. Is anyone promising you a number? Be wary; honest marketers describe the method and how they'll measure it.

Why we don't publish trade-by-trade estimates

Some agencies publish "expected results" for every trade. We don't, because those numbers are usually guesses dressed up as data. A plumber in Thunder Bay and a plumber in Vaughan face different competition, different search volume and different job values. We'd rather sit down with your own figures, apply the method, and agree in writing on what we'll measure.

Where to go next

If the method fits your business, our pricing page shows what it costs, and the budget worksheet helps you check whether the numbers work for you before we ever talk. To discuss what might transfer to your trade and region, see the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have results for plumbers, electricians or roofers?

Our published case studies are HVAC results. We present them as proof of the method, not as results in other trades. We'll explain on a call which parts we'd expect to carry over to your business.

Can you promise similar numbers?

No. Results depend on your market, your competition, your job value and how quickly you answer enquiries. We can show you the plan and how we'll measure it.

Where can I see more case studies?

The full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page. Every entry there names its client and links the live site, so you can check the work in person.
