You can reach Ontario.Center by calling or texting (604) 632-4959, or by emailing Ali@Sedighi.ca. We keep Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific as our working hours. We usually reply within one business day. You'll talk to a senior strategist, not a sales team. This page explains what to include in your first message so the first reply is useful, and what happens after that.
What happens next
You reach out
Call, text or email with a line about your business.
We reply
Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.
You talk to a senior strategist
A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
Three ways to reach us
Pick whichever suits your day.
- Call (604) 632-4959 if you'd like to talk it through. Calls work well for owners who think out loud.
- Text the same number if you're on a job and want to send a quick question now and a fuller one later.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca when your question comes with attachments: a quote you sent, a screenshot of your Google profile or last month's call log.
Our hours of Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific work out to noon until 9 p.m. Eastern, so you can often reach us after your crews have finished for the day. We usually reply within one business day.
What to include in your first message
The more of these you include, the more useful our first reply will be. None are required.
- Your trade and the main services you want more of.
- The towns or region you serve, such as the GTA, Ottawa or Northern Ontario.
- Your website address, if you have one.
- Roughly how many enquiries you get a month, and how many become jobs.
- Your average job value.
- What you've tried before, and what happened.
- The one thing you most want to fix.
Here's a simple template you can copy:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We're a [trade] business serving [Towns or region]. We get about [number] enquiries a month and win about [number]. Average job is around [$ amount]. Our main problem is [one sentence]. Website: [URL].
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, to confirm we've received your message and to suggest a time to talk if needed.
- We have a first conversation, up to 30 minutes, free for eligible trades businesses. We'll ask about your numbers and your market, and you can ask anything.
- We send a short written summary: what we see, what we'd fix first, and what it would cost. Sometimes the answer is something you can do yourself, and we'll say so.
- You decide. There's no pressure and no lock-in. If you go ahead, we confirm scope and price in writing before any work starts.
Questions people often send first
Some first messages are a single line, and that's fine. These are typical, and each gets a direct answer:
- "Is my Google profile set up right for a service-area business?"
- "Am I spending too much on ads for the jobs I'm getting?"
- "A previous agency owns my domain. What can I do?"
- "Should I build a new website or fix the one I have?"
If yours is one of these, include a link to your website or Google profile, and we can often answer in the first reply without a call.
Before you get in touch
You may find your answer already. The budget worksheet helps you work out what a lead is worth, the services overview explains where to start, and the pricing page lists the plans. If you're unsure whether to contact us at all, reading one of those first will make the conversation shorter and more useful.
What we won't do
We won't add you to promotional lists. We only contact people who've contacted us first, and we follow Canada's anti-spam rules when we do. We won't give compliance advice on TSSA, ESA, WSIB or other provincial requirements; for those, go straight to the body concerned. And we won't take on trade work: we're a marketing service, not a contractor.
Frequently asked questions
What time zone are you in?
We're in Vancouver, so our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which is noon to 9 p.m. Eastern. That makes evening calls after a day on the tools easier for many Ontario owners.
Will I be passed to a salesperson?
No. You'll talk to a senior strategist who can answer marketing questions directly.
What if I just have a quick question about a guide?
Send it. Short questions are welcome, and if the answer is in a guide we'll point you to it.
Can you help me with a TSSA, ESA or WSIB question?
Not with the question itself. Those go to the body concerned. We can help with how you present your credentials in your marketing.
